UniFlex Flexible Dies

UniFlex® Hot Stamping Flexible Dies combine convenience and affordability with superior precision and performance.

Manufactured by UEI Group Companies and distributed exclusively by RotoMetrics, UniFlex is a patented, flexible copper die with a steel backing that is securely held on to a heated magnetic cylinder. UniFlex allows for fast, easy and reliable changeovers, making it an excellent choice for short to medium run jobs.

Features:

• Effective on jobs of up to one million impressions or more
• Created from specially developed copper alloy (for excellent heat conductivity)
• Designed to compensate for possible thermal expansion
• UniFlex Hot Stamping Dies are heat compensated to register +/- .0025" (.0635 mm) total repeat

UniFlex Hot Foil Magnetic Cylinders

UniFlex Hot Foil Magnetic Cylinders feature an innovative pin registration mounting system to easily and accurately mount the flexible die onto the cylinder. The mounting pins also provide increased rotational and torsion strength to help prevent slippage.
