Converting Technology Center
RotoMetrics' Converting Technology Center enables demonstrations of our latest product innovations. Located at our World Headquarters facility near St. Louis, Missouri, the Converting Technology Center spans 2,000 square feet (186 square meters) and provides visitors with live demonstrations of the most advanced die cutting and modular processing equipment in the industry. Additionally, the area serves as a research and development center which allows us to remain at the forefront of technology.

Rotary Processing Module
The featured product in the Converting Technology Center is a 26-inch Die Station, designed to convert a wide range of materials such as flexible packaging, folding cartons and pressure-sensitive labels. Applications include creasing, die cutting and embossing with solid or flexible dies in processing widths up to 40 inches (1000mm). Converters want to maximize efficiency on high-output, high-speed applications, so RotoMetrics designed this product to fulfill those needs.
